Commercial Description:
A wickedly tasty red ale packed with a massive hop flavor and full aroma from dry-hopping with whole flowers. Specially brewed with all European malts and West Coast whole flower hops. The result - a rich ruby red color, lacy collar and a feast of hop aroma!

Aroma comes off as a little soapy. The flavor is pretty good, though. Just a tiny hint of sweetness balances out the heavy hops. Not bad.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a moderate off-white head. Pleasant aroma of malt, floral hops, and some citrus. The flavor was sweet caramel up front followed up by some sharply bitter citrus. The citrus flavor was short-lived and I was left with just the lingering bitterness, kind of like biting the white pith of a grapefruit. A bit dry at the finish as well. Not something I’d go back to.

12 oz bottle. Lightly hazed orange with a thick tan head. Lots of orange and grapefruit in the nose, sweet caramel. Nice floral bite in the flavor, more dry grapefruit zest and light caramel. Nice lace. This is kinda like a poor man’s Nugget Nectar (that is meant in a complementary sense). Solid, sharply bitter finish. Solid!

Caramel and dried leaf aroma with pineapple underneath. Tea colored with a medium cream colored head. Undeniable taste of rosehips. Sharply bitter pineapple at the back of the palate. Rather perfumy yet rustic. An ESB with personality. I was shocked when I saw the ABV.

12oz bottle. Pours cloudy reddish amber in color with white head. Aroma floral hops. Taste citrus hops and mild malt very well balance with bitter finish. Good very day beer.
