on tap at TJ’s in Paoli. poured into snifter. pours hazy golden with a copper tinge to it. finger width-off-white head and thick lacing. oily mouthfeel, light carbonation. aroma is citrus, pine, overripe mango. caramel malt backbone. flavor has a heavy cereal flavor, a lot like Chex. heavy maltiness. bitter citrus/ piney hops. caramel. finish is bitter with a heavy cereal flavor.

Nice solid 1+ inch head of fine bubbles. Dense and creamy on top. Great citrusy hops aroma with some oranges and grapefruit. Some caramel malts also. Color is a clear golden orange. Body is a little bit thinner than I expected. Light malts, loads of citrusy hops bitterness and some dry peanut skins. Slight honey sweetness and only a light alcohol presence. Alcohol is hidden pretty well for a 9% brew. Finishes warm and bitter with lots of lingering hops. A pretty good IIPA. Could use a little bit more malts in the body to balance things out a bit.

Pours a beautiful honey color with a small white head that rings the glass. Delicious sweet honey and citrus hop aroma. Body is very creamy and the hop finish is pretty big, not disappointing there. Flavor is fairly full of sweet honey, herbal flavors and the hops are very complimenting. Overall very good, the finish leaves a little sharpness as it lingers and the front running flavors could be a little stronger to match the big finish.

Pours orange amber with a thin white head. Aroma is citrusy, fruity hops. The fruity aroma disappears on the taste. The hops almost become bready, with a strong bitterness. Not loving this one.

Pours golden in color with a large white head. Strong hoppy aroma with a hint of grasses. Flavor is overwhelmed by hops. Poor palate...thin and very bitter. Resembles a typical IPA, not a Double IPA.
