This pours with a large, long lasting frothy white head over a clear yellow body.
Flowery clean lemon aroma.
The palate is spritzy and delivers a good spicy lemon flavor. Well done witbier.

Not a bad beer. I had it at a beer tasting awhile ago and forgot what it tasted like. I tasted hints of banana through out. I think I will enjoy it much more when the weather gets warmer

Draft at brewery. Poured a hazy, medium/light straw yellow body with a merangue-like, white head. Aroma was oranges and some mild spices. Flavor started off with sweet oranges and lemons with some mild spices and a somewhat barny finish. Very nice balance. Good wit.

Draft and bottle at varios times. Pours turbid whitish yellow, with minimal white head. Aroma of clove, heavy citrus and hops. Tastes citric, clovey, and hoppy, with some mid-palate banana, bubblegum, and black peppery hints. Good complexity.

06 State College Brew Expo. Pours a hazy yelllow with an average foamy white head that sustained. Aroma had a lot of banana, lemon, wheat and Belgian spices. Flavor was more of the same with some corriander and more of a malt sweetness almost. Very nice Witbier.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2007 Draft at Cooper’s in Scranton. PA. Pours a hazy golden with a dissipating white head. Very faint aroma of lemon zest and spice. Medium light texture, that is pleasantly spritzy. Initial flavor of european pale malts and lemon that quickly transitions to dominating spicy middle (clove, coriander). Sweetness is very subdued. Finish is clean and refreshing with a hint of white pepper. A solid and refreshing summer beer, and much better than I was expecting. Under rated IMO.

Bottle. Pours a hazy straw with white head. Aroma of citris and spice. Has a good Belgian taste with a touch of earthiness. Carbonated well. I think a good representative of a Wit.
