Nov 27, 2007 On draft @capones. Pours hazy light amber with a good size off-white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, and caramel. The flavor is slight fruit, citrus, caramel, and a piney bitter finish. Thin bodied, ok.

Nov 18, 2007 On draft at Capones. Hazy pour with some hoppy aroma. Was a bit watery for my liking and a tad bit weak but it was smooth with a mild bitter to it It was just okay for me.

Nov 17, 2007 Draft at Capones. Pours amber with a slight haze and retentive eggshell head. Aroma of fruity hops and caramel malts. Initial flavor of caramel and toasted grains, moderately balanced by a citrusy bitterness. Fairly simple, but enjoyable.

Nov 14, 2007 [Hand pump @ Capone’s] Poured a lightly hazy amber color with a creamy, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malts, citrus fruits, and floral hops. Taste of citrus, light caramel, toffee, toasted malts, citrus, and a lightly bitter finish.

Nov 14, 2007 On the hand pump at Capones. Pours a translucent golden amber with a smaller bubbly off white head that left some lacing. Aroma of fresh hops, caramel malt, some nuts and floral notes. Flavor of caramel, hops, medium hop bitterness on the hoppy bitter end of a pale ale.
