22 oz. bottle. Pours golden with a thick creamy head and excellent lacing. Creamy taste, with a subtle hoppiness, but also very clean tasting. Nice effort.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 performula (148) - Heart of the Rockies, Colorado, USA - OCT 10, 2007
This beer I had out of the 22oz. bottle. Suprisingly hoppy with a refreshing taste. A puckering bitter finish. For a lighter beer this was great.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Aurelius (3077) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - SEP 20, 2007
Clear, medium-light gold, fluffy small white head. Ligth diacetyl and, oddly, bourbon? Could I have gotten a dirty glass? Sunny, tangy, with light starch. Medium light body. Mostly crisp finish with some residual light malt.

Poured a nice gold with a large white head. Aroma of malt, grain, yeast and a light grassy hop presence. A pretty good and distinct tasting lager; flavor of honey, malt, biscuit, yeast, lemon and grass. Slightly sweet with a nice, easy drinking palate. Legend keeps impressing me.

Slight biscuit aromas & flavors. Malt, yeasty bread & hops in the flavors.
Medium body, decent mouthfeel.
Finished somewhat dry.
