Pretty good for what it is. I can taste the saaz. Finishes with nice crisp bitterness. Pours golden with good head and lacing. On tap at DC Beer Festival.

On draft. Not much going on here: Very thin hop flavor, and then... nothing. Notable only for its feebleness.

Floral, peach, and subtle citrus aromas. Clear gold with a mostly fading, white head. Bitter hops upfront, followed by faintly sweet, bready notes. Light, crisp, and finishes pretty clean.

Drank at the brewery, not too shabby. Well balanced malt though perhaps a bit light on the nose. Seems like a piles that has been let down by the local water more than the brewer.

Draft at brewpub. Pours golden with a thin white head. I hate thin beers so it’s good this has some thickness to the mouthfeel. Definite hop bitterness but also a hint of grapefruit on the finish. Good example of style.

Tap @ Legend. Dark golden with thin dissipating head. Smells like pen ink. Light perfumy sweetness (not cloying) but doesn’t have the crisp hop of some pilseners.
