22oz bottle-pours pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Here we go again, the infamous Legend diacytl note coming from the glass even before i put it to my nose. some spicy presences in there-haygrass and german hops. the flavors again are less diacytl than the aroma, but still, its there. some good spicy notes in the finish that cut through the diacytl. Sorry kinz!

a decent pilsner with a golden color and nice white head. I was very malty and slighty dry but over all nothing too great about it. Very drinkable but not much else.

Draught @ Brewpub. This one pours a crystal clear golden color. There was almost no head on it, and there was no lacing. Like their lager, the beer is pretty much devoid of aroma. Faint malts and maybe some grassy hops. The taste is OK, but very uninspiring. There was a weak bitter finish, with some faint malts. I wouldn’t bother with this one. Order the Lager is you are just interested in a cold one and nothing else.

(22 oz bottle: Obtained in trade with jasonp, thanks Jason!) The aroma is quite musty, lightly hoppy, citrusy sour, but kind of chemical, like something I might buy at Home Depot. The flavor is fairly sour, very lemony, lightly hoppy, but lacking much, if any, maltiness or sweetness. Light-to-medium body with a well-carbonated palate. Pale golden, kind of yellow in color, fully clear in appearance, with a hectic, but massive display of rapidly rising carbonation bubbles. Off-white head builds an amusing top hat looking adornment atop a very large and bubbly head. Plenty of globs of foam are left on the glass. Second disappointing Legend beer in a row.

22oz bottle acquired in trade with The_Beer_God (thanks for being by Legend source!). Poured a medium golden color with an averaged sized white head. Very strong buttery aroma. It was hard to get around it. It wasn’t as bad in the tastes. Tastes of grass and had a ligh spiciness to it.

pours out of the bottle. clear rusty-orange. small white head. smells like the seashore and yellow-gold apples. tastes really salty and yeasty - pretty much like ocean water then with hints of warm, unsweetened, sparkling apple cidar. seems strongly bitter until your palate acclimates to it then you can pick up the subtle roasted malts towards the end. watery, smooth texture. not particularly enjoyable but not awful.

Golden body with a minimal, dusty head. Intense buttery nose. I would dip some lobster in this if I had some. Flavor is of butter and pale malt. Another bottle of bad beer from Legend. I’ve been very unimpressed and disappointed by the 3 samples I’ve had from this brewery.

This was the second Legend beer that i have had to pour out because it was terrible. Really thick and a bad mouth feel. Just not anything i remotely enjoyed.

Aroma is skunky and feety grain. Gold color, thick white head. Sweet corn taste, grass on the palate. Much too sweet and hopless. Not typical of the brewer’s ability.
