COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
an IPA crafted with an abundance of rye malt and American hops. A strong bitterness up front gives way to a citrus hop flavor and with a fresh citrus finish.

Verre de dégustation directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur d’agrumes. Apparence: La couleur est dorée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes avec une pointe fruitée. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement minérale. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. A golden IPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, a sweet butterscotch malt with light floral hops, with a bit if buttery notes and sulphur. In mouth, a sweet biscuit malt with light roasted notes, herbal hops, a bit of an oily mouthfeel, light butterscotch. On tap at brewpub , March 18 2012.
