Commercial Description:
A Belgian trappist brew, high in alcohol with a rich golden color and a satisfying hop aroma, and taste complimenting the underlying strength of the beer.

Thanks to Skyview for sharing. This beer has the aroma of a banana popsicle. Yeast and sugar in the aroma with light spice. Medium on the palate. Very much like a wheat beer.

Amber to bronze in color with a thin but stable layer of white bubbles atop. Lots of wheat in the aroma along with candi and ripe fruit. Sweetness abound with wheat and fruity esters. Touches of spicy alcohol. A decent stronger belgian ale.

A growler courtesy of Skyview. Copper color with no head. Very sweet aroma, with plenty of bubblegum, apple and cotton candy. The taste is sweet as well, but transitions to banana, yeast, a little wheat and some spicy cloves to finish it off.

On draught at the brewpub location in Howard, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber brew with a thick and lumpy white head that has some excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, banana, cloves, a touch of bubble gum and multi-grain malt. Taste is medium bodied, some average carbonation with flavors of light banana esters, multi-grain malt with wheat, and a touch of thin raisin. Allow this tripel to come up to room temperature and the flavors really come to surface. Finish is semi-dry, a mild bitterness with a light aftertaste of banana esters and cloves. The alcohol warmth in the finish is pretty decent.
