Legends Honey Wheat

On draught at the Legends Brewhouse location in Howard, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden pale brew with a creamy white head that has good retention and lacing. Aroma of multi-grain malt with wheat, banana esters, yeast, a touch of clove and a hint of honey. Taste is light to medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a light grain flavor with a noticable peat character. This is quite different than the Legends Founders Wheat Weiss. Finish has a medium alcohol and dry Scotch Whiskey taste at first and then a lingering banana aftertaste. This is the first American Wheat that has any peat flavors. It’s different!
