Legends Rudolphs Red Nose Ale

On draught at the Legends - Howard location, pours a hazy brownish amber brew with a thick off-white head that quickly disipates to a fine film and white ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of sweet caramel malt, a touch of candi sugar, flowery hops and even a hint of toffee. Taste is thick and slightly syrupy, full bodied, very light carbonation with plenty of alcohol. Flavors picked up include, caramel malt, a semi-sweet bourbon character with the alcohol presence. Finish is slightly metallic, semi-sweet caramel malt with no bitterness. Quite the holiday brew with enough spirits to go around.
