Bottle 50cl from Quack-Duck, thanks. A medium cloudy yellow beer with medium head. Nose is a bit astringent. Aroma is medium sweet with a low malty body with low fruit notes and an astringent finish. Body is a bit watery but the whole beer remains drinkable. Finish has some floral notes.

Bottle 33cl from Quack-duck thanks a lot. A less cloudy pale yellow beer with medium head. Nose is as expected on banana notes. The beer is quite sweet, malty and medium fruity perfumed. Easily drinkable, not a number one but a well done hefeweizen.

Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, fruity, pineapple notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100305]

Bottle (Dank am Bodensee ;-) ): Hazy, yellow, bigger -almost creamy - white head; sweetish-wheaty-yeasty nose with a light phenolic touch; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft MF; papery traces in the wheaty-sourish finish. Thinnish brew, but drinkable............

(33cl bottle) Cloudy, deep orange colour with a big but non-persistent, off-white frothy Sweet and slightly vinous-fruity aroma with notes of citrus, banana, accompanied by a moderate wheat-character and rather strong notes of cloves. Light-sweet and sourish flavour, light bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Wheaty and moderately fruity taste with cloves and a spritzy, slightly clove-spicy finish. A Hefeweizen without any flaws but also a bit boring (02.IV.09).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy golden yellow with an orange glow, large and creamy head. Yeasty and malty with s shy fruity tuch. Smooth carbonation and mouthfeel. A mild but nice Hefeweizen.
