COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Genießen Sie Ihr ZAKi, unser kleines Mildes aus dem Zollernalbkreis (T.H.)- from their website

Bottle 33cl from Quack-Duck, a clear yellow beer with low head. Nose is on light caramel. Aroma is on wet paper as for cheap lager, watery, low body, metallic notes, very less impressive, just some bitterness on aftertaste without aroma.

Bottle (thanx to Quack-Duck!): Clear, pale golden to golden, strawy-malty nose with a tinge of vanilla plus delicate hops in the background; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied > not watery; slightly lingering hoppy and malty strawy finish. Drinkable.....

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, greenish golden colour with a short foamy white head. Pale malty aroma with a papery touch and notes of woody and herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly papery pale malty taste with herbal and shy woody accents; moderately dry and slightly bitter hoppy finish. A bit thin but still a drinkable Lager. 19.I.11

bottle. Clear golden yellow, mid-sized white head. Malty nose. Sweetish malty, grainy, hints of bicuits. Shy hoppy touch in the finish, that includes a tiny touch of wet cardboard.
