(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Hazy, amber colour with a big and light-beige foamy head. Yeasty, light-sweet and sourish fruity aroma of plums and dried berries; slightly wheaty with soft spicy phenols and a shy hoppy shine. Sourish fruity, light-sweet flavour; plumy and slightly yeasty taste with a light wheat-character, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation; fruity and slightly wheaty and hoppy finish. Refreshing, fruit-accented Dunkelweizen (04.02.08).
