MoritzF (7402) - Bochum, GERMANY - APR 21, 2008
(bottle, 3.3%, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Hazy, light golden colour with a huge foamy white head. Dusty, slightly acidic and minimal sweet wheat-malty nose with faint hints of banana and clovy spice. Slightly sour and sweet flavour, watery texture with a lively carbonation. Slim wheaty, moderately yeasty taste with shy fruity notes; slim and short, slightly acidic, almost a bit ascorbic and tart finish (21.04.08).

bottle. Golden yellow colour, slightly hazy, large and persistent head. Fruity and slightly yeasty, hints of banana and lemon, finished with a good amount of aromatic bitter hops. Rather thin, but good for a low alcohol beer.
