Bottle from Fratto. Semi hazy peach color with a light fizzy ring of head. Aroma is grapefruit, light sweetness but otherwise smells strange. Flavor is nasty grapefruit, sweet, tart and generally unpleasant.

Almost pink colour is this beer, artificial aromas but you can feel grapefruit and a very little malt.

Pours neon orange like orange soda with a fluffy white head. Aroma is grapefruit. Taste is bad grapefruit juice. A lot of carbonation.

bottle - pours an artificial orange like flat sunkist. Aroma is oranges, corn syrup, and tangy. Taste is sweet with a weird sour bitter note. Finishes mostly clean. Palate is a sparkling and watery. Overall, I’d pass.

I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I ordered this. Highly effervescent, orange soda with hints of malt, and completely hidden alcohol. (Of what little there is) Bright orange color too. Was listed as a Kristelweizen lol.

Wheat, grapefruit, great mix. Very refreshing for the summer. Grapefruit really comes through on the palate.

Poured from bottle. Clean, dry grapefruit nose. Color is an interesting rose-orange shade. Again, the fruit is very authentic and understated; this is not fake grapefruit. Crisp finish. Very good.

11.2 oz clear glass bottle. Central Market. San Antonio, TX. Pry off cap with a ring hanging down. This presentation makes me feel like I’m drinking in the 1950’s. Looks like an orange soda being poured in the glass with the head fizzling away like a soda. Smells like juice, grapefruit but smells somewhat syrupy. Smells like an orange candy. The taste is like a grapefruit soda. People have criticized Americans for what they put in there beer but my god what were the Germans thinking?
