Bottle (freshly delivered from the Lake of Constance!): Hazy to cloudy, golden, big fluffy - sloly collapsing - white head; light to moderate sourish wheaty-lemony nose with very faint clovey traces; quite soft, light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour; short drier sourish and tart finish. Good Weizen, quite well balanced........

Pretty standard, if slightly above-average heeweissbier. It has some decent flavors of clove and a hint of banana.

Bottle from choice beverages. Pours a cloudy yellow with a thick white head that dissipates quire quickly for a here and leave’s some lacing down the sides. The aromas are bananas, cloves, lemon. The mouthfeel is dry and has a medium body and good carbonation. Cheers!

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Das Weizen im Glas ist sehr trüb, gelb-braun. Die Krone ist weizentypisch gut gelungen. Das Weizen duftet hefig-sahnig und bananig. Der Antrunk erfolgt dann aber ganz anders als erwartet. Kein fruchtiges Weizen, sondern ein sehr würziges, welches viel Nelke besitzt. Der Abgang ist ebenfalls würzig-hefig und von Nelke geprägt. Die Mitte wird etwas bitterer, vor allem im Abgang. Die Sahnigkeit bleibt gut vorhanden. Könnte im Ganzen nen Tick süßer sein, aber ansonsten geht das Weizen völlig in Ordnung!

(11.2oz bottle best by 6-15-12 thanks to Mora2000) light golden with fine lasting off-white carbonation. Nose of coriander, orange peel, white pepper, and oats. Taste of wheat, white pepper, coriander and stale grain. Very dry finish.

Machen wirs kurz: Diese Seeweisse ist ein schlechtes Weißbier! Primär säuerlich im Aroma und Geschmack, dabei recht trocken. Die Süffigkeit ist unterirdisch schlecht... Nicht mein Fall!

Courtesy mora2000. Pours a clear yellowish golden color with a ring of white head. Aroma is sweet smelling, citrus fruit, wheat. Flavor is dry notes, wheaty and some dry fruit.

Pours a cloudy yellow with white frothy head. Aroma of light banana and orange. Flavor is much the same with notes of wheat grain. Light, soft body with high carbonation. Overall, not bad.
