(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly grainy and draffy malty aroma with notes of cara-malt and a tinge of herbal hops. Sweet and moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Delicately grainy aroma with rounded herbal hops leading into a bitter-sweet finish. A decent Dortmunder from Bavaria. 29.X.11
