Sharp bitter bite for a Dutch IPA. Clear, golden appearance with a medium head. Bready aroma and a bite of a citrus aftertaste. Tried at the Nederlandse Bierweek openingsfestival with Paul, Dave, and Erol.

Light copper colour. Tight lacy head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Quite sweet with some tropical fruit. Well rounded, soft feel, even a bit creamy. The hop is both fruity and dry.

Clear dark red yellow orange colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, perfume, light flowers - floral. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120313]

Slightly hazy hazelnut, off-white head. Aroma is floral hops. Taste is floral bitter hops, some citrusfruits and a nice sweetness that makes it somewhat different from most other IPA’s. Good body and carbonation. Nice one!
