Hazy dark redish amber with a thick, frothy, lacy, lasting off-white head. Smells of citrus (grapefruit) hops with fruit (peaches and apples) and caramel malt. Medium oily body with high crisp carbonation. Very dry. Tastes of toffee with a nice hop balance that is not too powerful. Sweet at first with a medium bitter dry finish. Tastes of peaches with grapefruit and pine. Nice spice overall. A great IPA

Tasting at ABC Beers, Haag. A great buy at €2 a bottle. Nice hoppy, aroma and aftertaste. Loasds of citrus. I would say that it does not suffer from a "low" alcoholcontent. A great IPA after a day in the sun.

From bottle @ BB summerfestival 03.07.2011 Mechelen. Almost clear amber color, with a darkwhite head. Aroma nice fruit tones from the american hops. Medium body. Taste fruits and good hops bitterness. For me: best new beer on this festival this year.

Sharp bitter bite for a Dutch IPA. Clear, golden appearance with a medium head. Bready aroma and a bite of a citrus aftertaste. Tried at the Nederlandse Bierweek openingsfestival with Paul, Dave, and Erol.

Tasted @KBC Den Bosch 2011. Was very eager to taste this one, since my regular tasting companion already had tasted this one, and i didn’t. Could use a bit more alcohol to give it some extra body. Still a very nice IPA though.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2012 Bottle at home. Nice aroma full of American hops. More aromatic hops in the flavor but with some chemical side taste which is even more present in the finish. Not bad though. Re-rate 5/12. Chemical side taste is gone. Amazing brew.

Bottle @ PWBF’11: Hazy orange colored beer with a small white head. Smell hops, flowers, soap, fresh and spices. Taste is a good fresh mix of hops, flowers, citrus, yellow fruit, light grassy with some spices and malts. Tingling mouthfeel, mid body and mid carbo. Well balanced.

On tap at ’t Arendsnest. Hazy copper with a fragile head. Potent citrussy hop aroma with good caramel. Has a good balance between caramel sweetness and citrussy hop bitterness. Very well-crafted.
