Pine in the aftertaste. Funny beer, also an ok beer. Nice experiment and the pine never gets too overwhelming. Bottle at the Winterbeerfestival in Gouda.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2012 Dead head, mahogany body. Dark fruits, raisin, resin, yoghurt and vegetables. Vegetable taste as well, some spices. Somewhat watery palate. Dry mouthfeel - strange herbal notes. Bit disappointing. (At Pint Winterbier Festival 2012)
