Brauart/Biergattung: Untergäriges Vollbier
Fürs Auge: Brillantes Hellgelb. Feiner sahniger Schaum. In der Nase: Ausgeprägt reine Hopfenblume, Frisch prickelndes Mundgefühl. Schlanker, trockener, mildherber Trunk. Angenehm bieriger Ausklang. Schöner unbeschwerter Biergenuss. Durch ein besonderes schonendes Vedampfungsverfahren wird ihm der Alkohol entzogen, während alle weiteren wertgebenden Pils-Inhaltsstoffe erhalten bleiben. Alkoholfrei – viel mehr als ein Bier.

It’s golden with a very light greenish hue and a creamy, lasting head. The aroma has notes of light soap, straw and cabbage. The flavour is sweet to moderately sweet with notes of soap, cabbage, straw and the finish is dry and slightly harsh.

Bottle. Bready aroma. Clear yellow colour. Stable white head, a little plasticky. The flavour is bready, with a little hoppiness that is not exactly citric, but a little rough. Not sweet or teaish like other non-alcoholic beers.
