3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pretty turgid, despite having been left to sit for a day or two in the fridge. Lovely golden color, dense head. Aroma is spicy, but not all that sweet. Loads of pepper and bread in the aroma, not banana or bubblegum per se or any of those kinds of descriptors. Bready, tangy, citric quality to the flavor; very "wheaty." Some pepper in the flavor too. Good. When warm this is not the smoothest beer in the throat. Quite full-bodied even when cold.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
swing top bottle 500ml. -Murky orange coloured, medium sized white head, odd meaty and overripe fruits nose. Moderate malty, slight wheaty and yeasty with notes of banana and overripe fruit. Touch of caramel near the end. Had this one 30 days out of BBE, so fresh one should be better (maybe).

Appearance: Hazy golden color with a orangy tint and a bubble-full lively-carbonated exterior. Huge pillowy white head on the top.
Aroma: Smooth vanilla, banana-filled scent with moderate sweetness.
Flavor: Sweet honey-dipped grainy, nutty malt backbone endowed with a banana, yolk and vanilla-like yeast quality. Finished to a moderately spicey clove finish.
Mouthfeel/Palate: Medium body with a thick and nutritive impression. Lively, balanced carbonation. Dense yeast quality.
Overall: A very well-crafted flavorful bavarian hefe-wheat.

Homályosan gomolyog a pohárba kitöltött narancssárga színű búzasör.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle., from trade with MiP. It pours a hazy, orange-golden body under a creamy, white, finger-thick head. Nice lacings too. Banana, some cloves, sweetish malts and some hints of alcohol in the aroma. The flavor is sweet, with some wheat and cloves and a nice bitterness. Full-bodied and effervescent. The finish has a pleasant bitterness to cope with the sweetness. It lacks some citrus, but it certainly a nice beer. 090619

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle brown, 500 ml, 12.3 P
Appearance: Pours pale, yellowish body in colour, reminding the water mixed with honey, also due to the beer texture being murky and very hazy, body saturation is natural and impressive creating initially enormus, slightly off-white head being dense, pillowy and very frothy. Head decreases very slowly leaving very good lacing.
Aroma: Obvious notes of banana and wheat are present but clove and spicyness are somehow reduced focussing on more earthy - bready fresh accents. The aroma reminds me of the freshly washed clothes, directly pulled out from the washing maschine. Rather heavy aroma impression of being fat and full, some quite strong accidity, yeasty. Notes of minerals, powder sugar and vanilla. Fresh but not in the refreshing and quanching manner.
Flavour: Front is yeasty, mild in texture, salty with high mineral profile and some gentle hoppy bitterness, notes of green apple, gooseberry, kind of earthy, dusty, soily, again mineral, not much of typical mild Weizen like aspects, notes of freshly baked wheat - rolls. Finish duration is ling.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is soft and creamy, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is sour, mineral, unfortunatley too much of alcohol, but still very grainy, bready and nicely hoppy.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Botlle. Light citric and dry clove aroma. Cloudy yellow, huge creamy head. Fruity chewy base - its really a fruitsalad compared to most weissbier: banana, mango, pear. Vanilla, a hint bubblegum, otherwise light on the spices. Sweet dry finish. Medium body, light sparkly, chewy bread. Quite good dessert-weizen.
