Nice banana and clove in the aroma. Cloudy with good head retention as it should be. I like the balance of the banana and clove flavor this beer was fermented at the right temp to keep it from leaning towards the clove flavor more. A very good wheat that I will be drinking again in the future.

Bottle. Cloudy orange colour with a superb 2" creamy white head. Nice sweet, banana, cloves and wheat aroma, similar in the taste plus a nice acidity near the finish. Quite lively, foamy mouthfeel, light, refreshing and very drinkable. Very good.

Bottle. Nice banana and clove aroma. Amber-yellow color - cloudy with ample head. Creamy banana-clove flavor - moderate carbonation with not a great deal of sweetness. Nice less sweet Weizen.

a sweet citrus aroma coming off a cloudy yellow body with a huge creamy white head. hints of orange, banana and spices in the flavor, with the smooth finish and crisp body that is to be expected from a quality hefeweizen.

Pours clear golden yellow with some yeast rather too well embedded at the bottom of the bottle. Once extracted, the brew blends into a rather well crafted and not too sweet weizen.

judasbeer (431) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUN 9, 2010
Appearance: Hazy golden color with a orangy tint and a bubble-full lively-carbonated exterior. Huge pillowy white head on the top.
Aroma: Smooth vanilla, banana-filled scent with moderate sweetness.
Flavor: Sweet honey-dipped grainy, nutty malt backbone endowed with a banana, yolk and vanilla-like yeast quality. Finished to a moderately spicey clove finish.
Mouthfeel/Palate: Medium body with a thick and nutritive impression. Lively, balanced carbonation. Dense yeast quality.
Overall: A very well-crafted flavorful bavarian hefe-wheat.

Cloudy straw blonde with a nice clean white head that stuck around for some time. Nice sweet banana wheat flavor up front with a mild clove spice on the finish. Mild oily, yeasty after tastes. Overall I liked it.
