Nose: Floral note, wet plaster, hay. ***
Texture: Medium body, watery, moderate carbonation. ***
Taste: Floral and malty notes at first, wee bit of lemon. Grass. Mildly bitter, but hoppy bitterness increases towards the middle. Some barley. Finish is moderately bitter, still with grassy notes. Lasting but very moderately bitter aftertaste. Whiff of lemon. ***
Impressions: Better than average but still typical Pilsener (wet plaster aroma), more highly hopped than customary. Perfectly drinkable thirst quencher.

Pours pale golden, high, lasting head, good lacing. Aroma of malt, grain, and grassy hops. Taste is grainy,malty, nice hoppy bitterness on finish.

Bottle 50cl kindly shared by Calisky. A yellow beer with good head and retention. Nose is floral with vegetables touch. Aroma is on toasted grain, bit metallic with vegetables notes, floral touch, bitter and astringent background. Boring.

Flip-top from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours translucent orangy gold with a slight white head. Aroma is bready with spicy hop. Med body. Flavor is bready with spicy hop and maybe a touch of grass. Decent pils.

Nice golden color, the head is quite nice. The Aroma is also decent. The taste is just not for me. I always experience an odd aftertaste I never had with any other beer.
