Das ganz besondere Bier Pilsener Brauart
Brauart/Biergattung: Untergäriges Vollbier
Feinster Aromahopfen dreifach gehopft und aromatische Braumalze verleihen ihm seinen besonderen Biercharakter. Elegant und charakterstark im Auftritt. Hellgelber, brillanter Glanz. Cremig, kompakte Schaumkrone.

Serving: from bottle purchased at Allendörfer. Aroma: lightly grassy. Appearance: average, frothy, white, initial head with fair lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Hazy, light-yellow body. Taste: lightly bitter initial flavor and finish with short duration. Palate: light body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: average. Not bad, but nothing too exciting.

Flaske 0.5L hos Djoeye. Farge klar lys gul med mye hvitt skum. Lukt svak malt duft. Smak tydelig maltsmak, humle, karamell, eple. Behagelig god øl med mye malt og noe fruktig med fin lett bitterhet

A Pils so subtle, you forget it in an instant. Theres nothing wrong with it, bit imho it lakes a more bitter finish and some hops.

50cl fliptop bb03/2016. Very light greenyellow pour, with organically dented cap. More odd contradictions start in aroma: almond essence and ethanolic fumes over sweet hay and vegetable root. nothing really floral or pils-like here. Enjoyable touches in taste: a honeylike sweetness, candied lemon, nettle, melissa, but also a vegetal astringency and earthy hay elements. Lingering bitter grainhull finish. A bit all over the place, but at least alive with small-batch regional/character aka contradiction.

0.5 l flip-top bottle. Aroma: fermented dark fruits, malty. Appearence: clear, pale yellow bear, medium white head. Taste: Sweet, malty, discrete bitterness. Palate: Long lasting sweet and light bitter aftertaste. Overall: non-typical pils, but a good beer.
