Poured clear golden with a medium creamy white head. Looks good. Sourish yeast and malt, some mild floral hop in the nose. The flavor is similar like the aroma with a moderated character of a lager beer. Nothiung really special, correct but not an exciting one.

It’s golden with a huge, white head and an aroma of malt, caramel, flower and light straw. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, flower, bread and the finish is dry.

Rune (11054) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 4, 2010
500ml, swing-top bottle bought at Bier Spezialitäten Laden in Berlin. Clear yellow-golden body. Loose white head reduced to a patchy surface. Grain and oily hops to the nose. Slowly building in the mouth, gradually revealing flavour of mid-sweet, grainy malts and fruity hops. Discreet bitter ending. Medium bodied and soft carbonated. Well made for the style, but rather easy going for a winter beer (shared with Frau Eva, Tromsø 20.02.2010).

bottle. Clear golden colour with a very creamy white head. Medium- to full-bodied, solid and very pleasant malty background with some spicy aromatic hops that add a touch of bitterness.
