Bottle. Light malt nose with some aromatics. Pale golden, nice bubble, foamy head. Good balanced Helles. Light to medium body. Straw, aromatic aftertaste.

bottle, traded with pivnizub. Clear pale golden colour, medium-sized head. Grainy, malty and slightly hoppy. Well-balanced, perhaps a tick too well balanced as it seems slightly boring. Still quite nice.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blonde medium-sized foamy head. Moderately sweet grainy nose with shy herbal hoppy spice. Sweet and light-bitter flavour. Slim bodied with a medium carbonation. Malty and slightly chalky taste; (sour-)doughy finish with a faint bitterness. Rather unconvincing (29.07.08).

Bottle, at Gaststätte Schranke Schlenkerla, Nürnberg. Gold, good white head and gentle condition. Sweet grainy malt aromas, more pleasant graininess in the mouth with some dryness developing. Mainly sweet in the finish but with a distant gentle hoppiness that doesn’t wish to intrude but would like you to be aware of its presence.
