bottle, traded with pivnizub. Hazy pale golden yellow, large white head. Fruity nose. Yeasty and fruity, pleasantly malty and slightly hoppy. Notes of banana, lemon and yeast. Quite nice.

Hazy - murky matt medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to light moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, soured milk, lacto. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, soured milk, citrus, yeast, dry, lacto. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20120417]

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Neon yellow clouds, white head. Light citrus and clove nose. Relatively lightbodied, dry, light on the usual fruit notes, some fresh lemon though, a hint bubblegum. Sparkly mouthfeel.

Bottle (bought at the Brauereigasthof): Hazy, golden, rather slowly diminishing mid-sized white head; sourish-fruity nose with a light yeasty-wheaty touch; moderate sourish and slightly sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; distinctive fruity-lemony finish. Good, refreshing Weizen....

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a dense and massive foamy white head. Sweet and yeasty wheat aroma with ripe citrus- and banana-fruity notes, accompanied by a touch of cloves and nutmeg. Sweet flavour with a ting of acidity, fairly light-bodied with a moderate carbonation. Well-rounded wheaty and mostly citrus-fruity taste; slim and fruity finish with light phenolic spices. Unspectacular but also balanced German wheat (30.07.08).
