| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 4, 2006 Pours a clear golden color with a large sized billowing white head. Aroma is apple cider, cinnamon, a light alcohol note, and a very light malt note. Taste is quite sweet with the cinnamon and sugar coming to the front, apple pie, and some other spices. Palate is sweet and sugary. If they dumbed down on the sugar a bit it would be a halfway enjoyable beer. Way to sweet and the apples take a backseat. This brew seems like it needs to be reworked, and with a little tweeking it could be decent. Below average. jgioviano (23), kildeer, Illinois, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 16, 2006 Small white head thats short lived. Clear light gold colored brew. Nose of apples and cinnamon, not much else. Palate is light and crisp, a touch sticky. Flavors are same as the aroma, apples and cinnamon. Finish is lightly sweet and tart, cinnamony.A cute little brew that really has no beery attributes, more of a cider. Thanks Rob! vyvvy (2034), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Apr 15, 2006 Pours clear golden with a nice sized white head that goes down gradually. Aroma is all cinnamon and red apple - more like a cider than a beer on the aroma. Initial taste is clean apple - it is okay, but not really beer-like. Finish is metallic and sour. I didn’t go into this with high expections, so I’m not too disappointed. This would probably be nice for someone used to a mass market cider, but as a beer there is much to be desired. jonwayne4883 (401), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 11, 2006 Pale honey color with a big cap of coarse white head. Lots of apple aroma, but it’s kind of bland mass-market apple smell. Red Delicious or something similarly sweet and inoffensive. Add a sprinkle of cinamon. Flavor over sweetened apples, to the point of being flabby and sticky. A bit of warm malt does make it into the flavor, so you do know you are drinking beer, albeit, odd, cloying, clumsy beer. Thanks Hezron, for passing on the bottle to me. As far as bashable beers go, it was a fun one. alobar (1016), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 7, 2006 Thanks to Firemoose415 for sharing. Pours just like a Hefeweizen. Clear yellow color with a white soapy head. Aroam of yeast, apples, and a bit of ass. Tastes a lot like a malty cider. Not a bad summer beer. Just avoid the aroma. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 2, 2006 Light yellow color, some slight haze. Thick, creamy white macro head. Apples immediately great the nose upon opening the bottle. More apples and cinnamon spice upon closer inspection, plus a sour, fruity vomit character. Tastes of sweet, grainy apples with a bit of spice. Okay... pretty simple, and a little sweet.
