| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 2, 2006 Light yellow color, some slight haze. Thick, creamy white macro head. Apples immediately great the nose upon opening the bottle. More apples and cinnamon spice upon closer inspection, plus a sour, fruity vomit character. Tastes of sweet, grainy apples with a bit of spice. Okay... pretty simple, and a little sweet. RSRIZZO (1369), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 4, 2007 Had this beer on 2/5/2006. Aroma can be smelt as soon as you open it, with a fresh apple scent and a slight wine like scent. Color is a pale yellow with a slight haze. Carbonation is good with a thin tight head. Taste is wine like. Starting with a light body it goes down with a smooth fizzy feel then has a crisp feel that is a bit like apple juice. Finish come on sweet with a mild apple flavor and finishes with a dry wine like feel that has just a hint of bitterness to it. Reminds me a bit of a wine cooler only a bit more beer like. ilovedarkbeer (1369), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 19, 2007 Pretty sure this beer was skunked considering I had it last night. Tastes like apple chips or apple cinnamon crisp. Not that great more like a cidar and less like a beer. Would like to try warm. Lou18 (1353), West Paterson, New Jersey, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Nov 27, 2006 12oz bottle, cloudy yellow body nose was apple and spice. Dry and no taste of beer ( malt?) This is like a lambic, noy a bad effort. Nice of my father in law to bring home this "new Beer" from a local shop-rite. Doppelganger (1353), Dry County, Arkansas, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 11, 2006 Pale honey color with a big cap of coarse white head. Lots of apple aroma, but it’s kind of bland mass-market apple smell. Red Delicious or something similarly sweet and inoffensive. Add a sprinkle of cinamon. Flavor over sweetened apples, to the point of being flabby and sticky. A bit of warm malt does make it into the flavor, so you do know you are drinking beer, albeit, odd, cloying, clumsy beer. Thanks Hezron, for passing on the bottle to me. As far as bashable beers go, it was a fun one. JMerritt (1327), Macomb, Illinois, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 18, 2005 Light orangish-yellow, slightly hazy, with a frothy white head. Apple cinnamon aroma is rather striking - Granny Smith apples with slightly artificial cinnamon. The apple flavor, however, are quite real, and you can tell. However, there is a sour, almost bile-like character to the aroma that makes my stomach think about flipping upside-down. Some granular cinnamon flavor, apple skins and moderate tartness. This is one of those beers that, after drinking, I still can’t tell if I liked it or not. Very interesting and well worth a try, that is for sure. Darkover (1318), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 3, 2005 Pale yellow with a big white head. Aroma is just like cider with a touch of cinnamon. Flavor of tart apples, cinnamon and bread. Almost like a pastry. I enjoyed it. xnoxhatex (1305), Grand Rapids/Chicago, Michigan, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 27, 2008 12 oz bottle thanks to the fridge. Clear straw color with small white head. Aroma is like cinnamon apples sauce, spice, not unlike a sweet cider. Very sweet apple juice with bitter malt finish, cinnamon, not good, not bad. Big carb, creamy, chalky, medium body. Gets a little strange as it warms up.
