It’s not gonna get you drunk, and it’s not great with many food items....drink this ’beer’ when you really want apple juice. scooterbub (393), Lander, Wyoming, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 4, 2008 Bottle. Pours a golden color with a nice white head that fades away. Aroma is of apple and cinnamon. The taste is similiar. Has a real nice mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste. Goes down easy and is pretty smooth. Overall, this is a pretty tasty brew that is fairly priced and could be consumed in mass quantities far too easily. howie (549), DeForest, Wisconsin, USA

High fluffy white head. Sweet apple aroma, like an American cider. Surprising malt up front, apple flavors nicely balanced by subtle cinnamon. I could do without the cinnamon, actually. Easy drinking and tasty. Cornfield (4981), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 3, 2005 When I popped the lid, I thought I’d opened a bottle of cider, so strong was the sweet apple aroma. The added cinnamon gave it a fresh pastry smell. Except for the creamy white head, the pale yellow body looked like a cider. And damned if, except for the neatly blended in cinnamon, it didn’t taste like cider, too. Refreshing, yes, but I like more beer in a fruit beer.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 16, 2005 Poured a hazed, light yellow with a very fizzy white head. Aromas were sweet apple cider with cinnamon & clove. Dry wheat peeks out from under. Clove & nutmeg balance the sour apple flavor, and a bit of honey-breadiness appears after. Mildly sour on the stomach, but not as sourly astringent as a cider.
I will pick up some of this for my mom for Thanksgiving who will enjoyably question... | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 17, 2005 Bottle. Exceptionally pale clear golden with a tall, rocky white head. Some light lacing followed it down. Freshly-sliced apples and a hint of cinnamon in the quite fragrant aroma. Apple-cidery flavor with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg... though less astringent and sour as a cider. Cinnamon really comes through at the top of the finish, and the feel at that point is almost cloying. Light-bodied. Not bad, and I can see how this may appeal to a lot of drinkers. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Dec 19, 2005 Very different than what I was expecting. Poured a creamy yellow color with very little head. The apple smell was distinct but not overpowering. There was a subtle taste of cinnamon and nutmeg as well as the apple.
Pretty good, although one that I won’t go out of my way to have again. Headbanger (1602), Aurora, Illinois, USA

Aroma of apples, cinnamon and a slight vaniila. Taste of apples, cinnamon, and a mix of ginger ale and cream soda on the back end. Not bad tasting. I was expecting something sweeter not that it isn’t sweet but to me its bearable.
