argo0 (6231), Washington DC, USA Mar 19, 2007 (12oz bottle) Small white head atop clear, pinkish amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, slightly artificial raspberry. Taste is moderately sweet, fake raspberry, not much else. Light body, light crispness. This tastes more like a soda or wine cooler than a beer, particularly with the artificial berry element. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Name: Berry Weiss

hopdog (4649), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 2, 2007 12oz bottle. Poured a medium amberish color with a reddish / pink tint to it and a smaller sized head. A very berry aroma. Tastes of sweet and then tart berries. Sugary sweet with a lick you lip sweetness. BückDich (4559), Boise, Idaho, USA May 31, 2004 Pink/peach color with a little lacing and a small cap of head. The aroma is slightly fruity and medicinal like cherry sucrets. The flavor is a little too sweet for me with a bit of the wheat coming through. Not the best fruit beer Ive had, but drinkable. muzzlehatch (4424), Burlington, Vermont, USA Aug 22, 2002 This was the first Leinie I disliked, and that was at least five years ago before I dreamed of the beer snobbery that was to come. The lager underneath the oversweet, artificial berryness is weak and spineless, as are those who prefer this to "real" fruit beers like those of New Glarus. They made a drink for you people in the 80s: wine coolers. And I don’t thank you for your support of this crap.
