So yeah...not really a fan of this style, but I was given the bottle so...pours a pinkish amber with miniscule head. Nose is of blackberries and a very faint leafy hop character; more tart berrieson the thin palate, slightly acerbic, although it ends quite sweet and fruity, with nary a bittering hop in sight. Wheat shows up just barely in the finish. Well, you get what you (don’t) pay for.

Jul 22, 2008 I hit #700 in middle of summer and it serves me right that it would be one of these new fruit beers I’ve been trying. This poured very dark red with not a beer looking head. Some fruit/berry aroma. Flavor mostly of fruit and a slight bit of Weiss at the end. Not as good as their last fruit and wheat one I tried.

Jul 21, 2008 Berry aroma. Flavor is strong fruity berries with more sweetness than a lambic. Not sickly or unpleasantly sweet to me, but maybe a bit much for some. Not a daily drink, but I think it is nice in the right setting.

Jul 13, 2008 Aroma is one of berries, light malt. Has a good carbonation and mouth palate feel. A nice light bodied and refreshing fruit beer at an outdoor summer party.

Jul 12, 2008 12 oz bottle pored deep red and garnet colors. Very thin head. Overwhelming berry flavor and taste. Way too sweet and syrupy. More like a non-sour lambic.
