12oz screwtop bottle. Light brown pour with a thin tan head. Creamy it is not but it is better than your average Leiny. That said, it is still a Leiny so nothing great here but it is a very easy drinking beer that is much better than your typical macro lager.

Pours cola brown with a good sized head. Moderate roast and light soy aromas. Flavor is lightly roasty with a touch of chocolate malt. Medium body, creamy texture, and a light roasty bitter finish. Is it decent? Yeah. Would I drink a lot of this? No.

A dark brown black in appearance with a slight nutty taste. Hard to taste creaminess over the carbonation. Does pair well with pastry or cookies.

Ordered on tap at The Corner Stable. Brown color with a tan head. Creamy feel in mough. Nice roasted malt flavor with caramel flavors. Very smooth. Really enjoyed this beer.

Pour is completely black with inch of dense tan head. Smells like ferrous, watery wheat. Light bodied mouth feel. Not much in the way of flavor. Toasty, grassy lager. Finish is only the slightest bit sour but fairly clean.

This is easily one of the best beers that leinenkugels produces. The roasted malt flavor is understated though apparent. Sweet coffee and bread with a nice, oily mouthfeel.

Pours dark brown with a medium tan head. Aroma has roasty malts with hints of caramel and fruit...grass and straw. Flavor has roasty malts atop straw and grass. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is slightly roasty grass.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a dark nut brown with a slight ruby hue and a thin bit of off-white head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee and some slight piney hops. Taste is light bitter. Some dark chocolate, pine hops and coffee on the end. Medium bodied with a somewhat thin yet slick texture. Lively carbonation and a very long finish. Overall, wow. This is much better than I thought it would be. Probably the best year-round beer Leinie makes.

A nice medium bodied dark lager. Molasses colored with off with head. Nice flavor of malts with just a little bitterness of hops in the finish. All around good beer with good price
