Very surprised, most Leinenkugels are unimpressive or downright awful. This was very enjoyable, unfortunately its hard to find.

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 29, 2009 On tap at the Grumpy Bulldog in Naperville, IL. and pint served with a clear, light brownish amber color, modest, white foam to the head, and non-lasting dots and dashes of lacing. The aroma was pleasant but light notes of toasty malt, caramel, nuts, and just a hint of sweetness. The flavor was similar, adding just a touch of roastiness and very light hop bitterness. The carbonation was fine, but the body was rather light and thin. Sessionable but underwhelming.
