3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Served on tap a nice mid gold with a decent frothy head and lacing that lingered throughout. Aroma was of malts and grains with a slight clove hint. Taste seemed to be a mix of standard lager plus a slight sweetness and a mild hop finish. Palate of OK. Overall, not a bad brew for what it is, although it does not meet my threshold of what a wheat beer truly is.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear, gold, light beer appearance. Crisp, better drink really cold. A "drink up" beer, not really one to savor.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
12 oz bottle from Tipsyís into a pint glass. Gold and clear appearance with a fully diminishing head. Minimal aroma of corn, pale malts, bread and honey. Similar flavor, pretty bland, not much going on. Schwag all the way

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Old rating. Bottle from Old Town. Light aromas of citrus, wheat and apricot. Tastes more of the same with some honey coming through as well as a slight corn taste. Refreshing, light and sweet. Not really a wheat ale, but enjoyable on a hot day.

Blah. So much corn, so little Weiss. Not a good beer at all. This brewery doesn't really know how to make beer.

Iíve always enjoyed a cold honey Weiss on a hot summer day. Itís december in MN so that day is not today but I decided to get one on tap at Maynards. Although I took the first few sips without the lemon I added it as I feel thatís the way itís meant to be drank. Clean, refreshing easy to drink with my dinner. For what itís meant to be a solid beer. Much better than the Stella Artois I had before this.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear bright copper amber with a frothy white head, broken sheets of lace. Taste is slightly sweet malt that moves to the finish without incident, but on the swallow an odd woody bittering shows, detracting considerably from the overall effect. Not a keeper.
