Without the "Weiss" on the label I would not have known this was a wheat beer. Thin, not a hint of wheat anywhere, a vague sweetness reminiscent of an underhopped macro beer, and a metallic aftertaste.

Oct 10, 2008 bottle. aroma somewhat of honey and yeast. taste pretty lacking as far as honey goes. a mild wheat beer citrus backnotes. a little tangy but not particularly interesting.

Oct 8, 2008 12oz bottle. This pours a very pale golden with a thin, white head. Nose was of skanky, dirty socks. Yuck! Taste was no better. Mouthfeel was thin and watery. Drain pour!

does not count  Oct 7, 2008 Bottle. This clear amber wheat ale is a great summer brew served ice cold with a lemon slice. Honey gives it a touch of sweetness and the flavor has a hint of lemon along with the grain. Highly carbonated with no noticeable hops. The head vanishes quickly; moderate amount of lacing.

Oct 3, 2008 Bottle… Clear, light golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. The nose offers delicate notes of honey and tart citrus fruit with a whisper of mildly roasted nuts. Medium-bodied with a chewy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Grainy, honey sweetness alongside nice unmalted wheat dryness that carries over into the crisp, well-balanced finish.

Sep 29, 2008 Tasted 9/27/08. 12oz bottle. Filtered with a pale golden hue. Moldy white head. Cereal wheaty aromas with hints of honey. Light bodied with crisp flavors. Moderate effervescence. Honey aftertaste. Mild malt character and zero hops. Nothing offensive, just not too much to it!
