2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a pale gold with a medium head. Just the right amount of bitterness - some definite hop bite, but not too overpowering. Some malt and biscuit notes.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Botttle and draft before. Poured a clear, golden color with two finger tall head. Aroma of grains and some hops with citrus (lemon, grapefruit and orange) notes on the nose. Light bitterness, and some sweetness in there too. Creamy texture. Kind of off bitter with grains but not too bad. Some slight citrus notes add some character to this beer with some hop bitter notes also. Not too bad. Was drinking this at the Pearl Jam concert in Pittsburgh ( due to lack of options) and I was kind enjoying it. Of course it was tasting better when I already had a buzz.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle into a nonic pint. Pours a nice clear golden hay. Persistent finger of white, fluffy head. Aroma is fresh grassy and lightl ycitrus hops wit ha good dose of cereal malts. Taste is juicy citrus hops with a strong caramel and cereal malt backbone that provides a big dose of sugar sweetness. Finish is kind of mess. Dry hop bitterness fighting with the sticky sweet malt. Pretty good example of the style though. Just needs to lean a little bit more in either direction.

Pale Yellow with some mild carbonation and filmy yet foamy head; Sparse Lacing. Nose of pale malts, mild citrus hops, barley and lemon zest. Flavor is quite grassy with lemons, citrus hops, barley, pale malts; Quite earthy. Body is lightly carbonated and fairly light weight and refreshing2. Not Bad!

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
The hops on this beer at Beothuk subtle and evident throughout. Floral and fruity, it adds a little character to the beer. The only complaint is the very dry Roma that just seems not right to me.

Clear yellow amber with a light white head. Sweet citrus and grain aroma. A little hops spiciness, grain and lemongrass. Light on the palate with a creamy malty finish. Not a bad beer at all.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This pours a clear, yellow straw color with a slight, white head. The aroma is very grass and grain like. The texture is thin but there is a decent punch in the taste. There is a lot of grain and straw that gives it a very earthy taste. Fairly well made for a Leinenkugel’s product.
