12 oz bottle, expired two and a half weeks ago. Aroma is doughy, creamed corn, cotton candy, grassy. Pours clear old gold with a medium fluffy white head with excellent retention; leaves some lace. Taste starts out lightly sweet before turning pleasantly bitter with nice earthy, grassy hop character. Highly carbonated, creamy mouthfeel, medium body. Excellent. Probably the most impressive beer I’ve ever had from these guys.

Bottle. Pours to a light yellow body with a starch white head. The aroma is lightly hoppy and malty. Sweet and balanced. The flavor is moderately malty with a nice tasting hop. Super drinkable. This could be a goto lawnmower beer.

Pours clear light golden with white head. Aromas of grain and light citrus. Hop bill sounds great, but still came off as grainy overall with some citrus hop notes. Nothing special.

12 ounce bottle pours a medium yellow gold color Moderate head dissipates quickly. Aroma has a fruity smell of apricot. Very smooth tasting with a bit of sourness. Not a huge amount of hop flavor. A nice drinking beer though

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with visible carbonation and a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has lots of grass and earthy grains with a bit of must underlying. Flavor has lots of grass with earthy grain and just a hint of biscuit backing.

12 oz. bottle poured into a shaker- poured a transparent thin yellow color- but more solidly than a typical pale lager. Half finger head formed and stay around for a bit, aroma of "Eurolager"- yeah, I gotta back into brewing and name the specific malt and hop(s) combinations, some grass, and some a bag of freshly opened rock salt. Hits the mouth with a light body, a very tiny and overly sweet hopwave comes in the middle, finish has some cream. It’s a tick, screw it..

Location: 12 oz bottle from Shop Rite - Hoboken, 3/30/14

Aroma: The nose is crystal malts, German yeast, some dough, and a little grass
Appearance: It pours a clear golden-orange color with a frothy white head
Flavor: The flavor is much the same, clean malty flavor, German yeast, and a grassy hop finish
Palate: The body is light-medium, with an lively carbonation, and a lightly dry finish
Overall Impression: This is a decent offering. It has a decent amount of crispness for a Helles, but isn’t quite as crisp as I wanted. There’s also too much carbonation present. Still though, this beer has more flavor that I expected it to have. Overall, this is a decent beer, but it isn’t great.
