3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
The appearance is orangish-pink with substantial head. The aroma has both wheat malt and berry; there is some faint lemon as well. When I sip, though, the lemon comes out very strongly; itís quite dominant, in fact. The palate is quite smooth, interestingly enough (not too acidic, as I wondered if it might be). Pretty decent beer; if the lemon was slightly toned down a bit, itíd be even better.

A name like Leinenkugels makes one think of interesting flavors and unique palates. Unfortunately, the Lemon Berry Shandy is at the shallow end of the flavor pool. This beer lacks complexity and does a poor job in cohesion of flavors. Yuk!

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
bottle. Poured hazy amber with a pink tint, frothy white head. Candied fruit aroma. Light mouthfeel, tart finish. Very sweet lemon-lime soda with grapefruit and wheat flavour. Not what I consider to be a real beer but itís not horrible.

2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Aroma: Citrus, floral, aroma that is fairly pleasing to the nose.
Appearance: Hazy, pale yellow color with minimal head.
Taste: heavily sour, medium sweetness.
Palate: light body, thin feel, fizzy, abrupt finish.
Overall: I actually hated the first taste, however towards the bottom of the bottle I started to enjoy it. Not bad for a summer time indulgence.

Terrible just terrible. I have no idea why I even bought this one. Very heavy on the citrus with no other complimentery notes.
