A traditional Marzen brewed with 2-Row Pale, Caramel, and Munich malts. The malts give it a hearty character and deep amber color. Tettnanger and Perle hops provide a well-balanced, drinkable finish prefect for Fall celebrations.

Pours amber with a layer of whitish head. Aroma is slightly malty but mostly yeast esters. Taste is sweet and malty. You can definitely get the caramel malts in the aroma and the taste. There are some slightly stale off flavors but they are ultimately overshadowed by the caramel malts. One of the better Leinenkugel’s I have had. A nice break from all their fruity beers.

Nice dark amber color with an off-white head leaves a modest lacing. Smells heavily of hopps with a mild citrus background. Good balance of bitterness and sweetness. The carbonation is subtle and makes the beer quite easy to drink.

Beautiful ruby amber with a white head. More malt forward. Just a bit of earthy hops. Sweet.

Sweet caramel, bread, toasty interesting beer. I enjoy it medium body and well balanced.

Pours a copper from a bottle, thin white head with some lacing. Aroma of toffee and toast, flavor similar, rather sweet, no bitterness to speak of. Not a lot going on, kind of plain. Meh.

A little below average oktoberfest brew. Very little aroma or taste, some hints of malts and a slight caramel finish. A dark amber body, with average carbonation leads to a thin white head that didnt leave much lace. Smooth mouth feel, with no aftertaste. Originally rated on 11/8/08.

Pours a thick, pillowy off white head, light amber color with plenty of streaming carbonation. Aroma of toasted malt and mild hop spice. Finish is dry & pleasant. Flavor is just right, not too sweet and no funky spices or flavoring. Well done to the style. Served from 12 oz bottle in pilsner glass.

bottle @ Florence Freedom game --- Clear medium / dark amber, off-white head that sinks to a full cover, full sheets of lace. Taste is light malt that thins as pumpkin (no noticeable spice) and light fizz move through a short, somewhat bitter, polite finish. Too much like raw pumpkin, which I would avoid.

Tastes like a watered down Oktoberfest. Not the most flavorable or enjoyable one out there.

Grain and bread malts, caramel. Clear gold, small, frothy, white head. Light bitter and sweet. Sweet grain malts continue, caramel, lively carbonation, light, sickly bittersweet flavours in the finish. Below-average Märzen, palate not terribly great. Can at random hotel, Madison, WI.

Pours a clear golden yellow color. Aromas of grass, cheerios, and a touch of flowers. Flavor is kinda sweet to start, citrusy finish with some hop notes.
