Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours clear copper with a creamy/foamy off-white head. Aroma of mild roast caramel. Med minus body. Flavor is slightly brown ale type roast with a little noble/earthy hop. Quite drinkable, but "light" for my taste.

Bottle from Party Source. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted sweet malt aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Light to medium sweet flavor with a light to medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

UPDATED: MAY 9, 2013 12 ounce bottle from a Kroger. Pours a clear amber color with a large fizzy white head. Poor head retention. Aroma of caramel malts, stone fruits and floral hops. The taste is earthy hops, caramel malts, stone fruits and a mildly bitter finish. A bit on the thin side. Decent. 200th Wisconsin rating!
