COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional Marzen brewed with 2-Row Pale, Caramel, and Munich malts. The malts give it a hearty character and deep amber color. Tettnanger and Perle hops provide a well-balanced, drinkable finish prefect for Fall celebrations.

Good not great. Its really hard for this beer to compete in the oktoberfest category with so many great beers in that category. When drinking for first time don’t have high expectations. That way you won’t be let down. Still not a bad beer to have in the fridge.

Drank from a twelve ounce bottle, thank you Katrina. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve had Leinenkugel’s Oktoberfest. Aroma leaves something more to be desired. Taste is a good, solid oktoberfest! Decent brew.

Bottle at San Juan. Clear copper color, small beige head. Light bready aroma. Light-bodied. Watery palate. Light bread and caramel in the flavor. Very easy Märzen. Low bitterness too.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle in a pint glass. Aroma- Has a sweet smell mixed in with the grain. Appearance- this is an amber colored beer with a moderate white head. Taste- Grain and malt, not bad but sort of run-of-the-mill. Palate- Light bodied brew with moderate carbonation. Has a dry mouth feel. Overall- This is pretty good, not the best Leinnie’s has produced but not bad.

12 oz bottle. Not much of a party in here. Plain vanilla all around. Rather unremarkable.

While it is a rather light tasting beer and not close to one of the better Oktoberfest beers, it does have a nice malt forward flavor and a bit of sweetness. Easy drinking but nothing special. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is a very sweet malt. Taste follows exactly the same. Overall too unbalanced with the sweetness.

Pours lighter gold/tan than expected for the style. Aroma is slightly off, a mix of some malt and a little skunky. I’d think I got a bad batch if other reviews weren’t also quite low. Taste is boring, feel is overcarbonated.

A solid base hit. Pours a nice copper with a lingering off white head. Aromas of: caramel, grass, and dough. Fairly balanced flavor profile with a nod to the sour. Nice palate with a little stickiness. Sessionable.
