Bottle...mass produced swill, not awful but not as good as I would like to enjoy. Good picnic beer when with people who think they understand beer

illidurit (1274) - Santa Cruz, California, USA - NOV 29, 2008
Poured into a pint glass. Crystal clear light copper color with a beige head that fizzes out quickly. Toasty tangy malt aroma, with nothing else really. Flavor is similar, malty with a faint tanginess and a cereal grain finish. Light body with medium-high carbonation. Good drinkability but pretty watery and boring.

Reddish amber in color. Malty aroma. Flavor is malty with a bit of sweetness. Some spicy hop flavor as well. A little thin. Not a bad example of the style. 3

Bottle. Pours amber with soft fluffy off-white head. Smells malty and a little carmely. Tastes malty sweet and smooth. A little corn and some sour in the aftertaste. Good body. Heartier than a lager but not as much as an ale. Pretty good.

12 oz bottle...copper with a non-lasting off white head...smells like an ordinary lager..a little hop and malt, nothing special....watery flavor with a sweet malt kick to it, with an added sour finish...nothing special by any means

BeerBunker (687) - Burbank, Illinois, USA - NOV 1, 2008
Pours amber with a frothy tan head. Aroma is of malts, spice, and citrus. Taste of malts, grass, and mild caramel. Extremely watery with very little taste coming through.

Pretty mild for a ’’red’’ beer but still good flavor smooth with a little crisp at the end. perfet for sitting around a campfire and sipping on
