Like every Leinie’s beer, too sweet and reeks of artifical flavor. How hard is it to use real lemon flavor? Too hard, apparently. I notice other raters have said it was at least refreshing, but it was a struggle to finish even one bottle for me. IlanMan (817), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA

Couldn’t taste much hop character Very refreshing beer but nothing special. Wouldn’t buy again since it’s kind of girly. tsvegh (3), Muncie, Indiana, USA does not count | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Nov 16, 2007 12 oz. bottle. This is a real treat on a warm summer evening. The aroma is lemonade as expected. It is very lemony to taste and is really not that beer like. I found it very refreshing. colts9016 (198), Idaho, USA

The taste is lemony but balanced with malt. There was a slight bit of tartness in finish but overall a nice clean and easy beer to drink SavageElvis (134), Savage, Minnesota, USA

And I made the mistake of trying it on a day when it was cold outside so can’t even associate it with a nice hot summer afternoon right now. Probably would be better on afore mentioned hot day. A good session beer but if you do decide to make it session choice you’ll have a stomachache in the morning...
