Cloudy yellow pour with a big white head. Smells like lemonade; tastes like lemonade and lager yeast. Refreshing summer beverage, but not beer. Can we enter Twisted Tea ratings on RB now too? Once again, tasty and refreshing but not beer. turbo (1254), Arizona, USA

Strong lemmon aroma and flavor with lime aftertaste.
Not bad. zebracakes (1219), Washington DC, USA

I have to confess that I feel like I’m going to hate this beer, so let’s see what happens. Pours hazy corn gold, white head. Aroma is Mr. Clean floor cleaner (great start there). Flavor is floor cleaner, wheat and malt. Absolutely disgusting. Well, my first impressions were confirmed. Thumbs way down.
Oh and can you say "drain pour?" markwise (1215), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 9/20 | Jul 9, 2009 This is almost like a malternative lemonade. Pours lemonade yellow with a fizzy white head. Nose is lemons, and the might be some light malt in there. Tastes like lemonade, too. Not a lot of distinction here. Are they going after the former Zima drinkers? | 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Aug 21, 2008 Bottle. Hazy lighter yellow with a fizzy white head that settles out quickly. The aroma finds lots of lemon backed with some wheat and maybe it was just my imagination but a hint of clove. The flavor is almost over powering with lemon. Reminded me of lemon meringue pie. Light body and tart throughout. FlssmrBrewAlum (1190), Lisle, Illinois, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Oct 31, 2008 Since I did the Apple Spice, I am going to rate this too. I figure this deserves to be retired soon as well. Another Leinie’s beer I don’t see myself ever drinking again. Drank on a very enjoyable May night back in college while watching the Wonder Years. I’d have to say, this was a complete waste of a beer bottle. Pours a very pale, lemonade-ish hue with white head that dies completely. No lacing. Aromas are of mellow lemony artificial sweetness. Taste is bland, lighter lemony taste mixed with a touch of carbonation. Not as sweet as earlier anticipated. No cloying, just blank of any defining characteristics. Lighter alco-pop for those who can’t handle the cloying sweetness. Not fit to be called a beer, but palatable. troyc (1175), Lubbock, Texas, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Jul 28, 2007 (Tap) Pours a straw color with a small head and slight haze. It looks like beer, but that’s where the similarities stop. Aroma is of citrus. Taste is like carbonated lemonade. Surprisingly, this is not as awful as it sounds. Better body than expected. This is a rather common drink in Germany (and other parts of Europe). I would say this beer is on par with some of the better examples of this bunch. RichJ7 (1175), Cullman, Alabama, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 26, 2008 Beer with lemonade. There’s really not much else to it. lemony, malty and sweet. Thin bodied. Not for me.
