Leinenkugels Summer Shandy

Go outside, work up a sweat, then sit down with a Shandy. THAT should be the commercial because that is how it should be drank. Drink to refresh, not to have with a meal.

Pours a bright, cloudy golden colour with a large head.Aroma was dominated by lemons Not bad, very easy-drinking i can definitely see putting back a couple of these after a long hot day.

Ya can’t beat this one on a hot summer day. No need to doctor it up because it already has the lemon added. Much more convenient than trying to fit the lime into a bottle of corona after you’ve had a few!

HUGELY surprised by the low ratings for this. Absolutely refreshing on a hot summer day, without the need to look like a woman and throw a lime or orange into your beer.

Actually this is good. Very refreshing and natural tasting. It’s not too odd of a mix because Lemon and Hefe’s go together very well. The mouth feel and apearence, are typical of wheat, but you do get more of a lemonade flavor as opposed to a strict "lemon" one. It’s not going to replace Hoegarrden but it’s a nice change of pace.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a medium size white head. Great lemon aroma. Excellent blend of lemonade and beer. Very sweet (maybe a little too much...) Very refreshing! I love this beer and would drink it everyday if I could!

Hazy light yellow color. Smells like beer and lemmons. Very refreshing taste. Nice mix of bber and lemonade, but not overly strong on the beer flavor, the lemon flavor kind of mellows it. Great beer for a hot summer day. Little aftertaste. I can see myself drinking a lot of this beer this summer.
