Pours a slightly hazy Holden amber. Little to no head and no lacing. Aroma do flowers and grass. Some wheatiness to it. Light bodied. Tastes like a wheat beer with kool aid poured in it. Somewhat refreshing. But not really beer.

Don't know where everyone gets fruit loops from but I only taste orange at the finish with a slight bitterness. If you're an IPA drinker you won't like it but I like switching back and forth when I get too hopped out.... it's a summer flavor that goes well into fall as well. I was disappointed. How a person would want to drop an orange slice into this beer baffles my imagination. I can picture two days during the summer that I would actually like this beer. Each day would be extremely hot and I would have been in the sun. Yes to having one Leine’s Sunset Wheat. Two would be too many.

This is the Carson Palmer (circa 2013) of wheat beers (drinking from bottle during Thursday night football). The Sunsent Wheat surpasses even Blue Moon in barfy aftertaste, and the citric sugar is just out of control. Don’t take this beer to a "classy six pack party" at your office.

Great aroma, cherry flavor both smell and taste. Cloudy but not too so, carbonation makes it almost like a cherry soda.

Looks like a urine sample from a very ill person. Smells horrible. Fruity taste. Will never drink again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

At first I couldn’t figure out what the taste reminded me of. Then I saw my granddaughter eating some Fruit Loops. Not bad, but I would rather try their other offerings that I saw on their excellent website.

On tap at Blue Line Pizza, Mountain view. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma of orange, wheat, some zest and citrus. Flavor is sweet wheat with some orange, orange zest, perfume and some spices. Medium body, average carbonation.
