Bottle, bought @ Voldby Købmandsgård. Pours pale clear golden with a small, frothy white head. Aroma has citrus, sweet wheat, light vinious. Highish carbonation, fine dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour is kinda sweet, not as grainy as some wheat beers, citrus, a bit of elderflower. Drinkable.

Bottle, 6%. Slightly hazy dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, orange peel and yeast. Flavour is malt, wheat, medium sweet, spices, yeast, hop and a little bitter.

Bottle from Asao. Lemony nose, with honey, sweet orange, light spice from the buckwheat. Somewhat tangy as well. Cloudy gold with a tall, fine head. Sweet, thick, rich. Grains and honey, with sweet orange and nicely bitter finish that is a bit spicy and peppery. Nicely tart as well. Body is quite heavy and full. Rather nice, really.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty yeasty aroma. Sweetish malty spicy flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty finish.

75cl bottle. Hazy yellow with low to medium white head. Dissipates completely. Nose : bread and hay notes. Strong lemon and lemon zest aromas. Clove and coriander spices. Sip : Low to medium carbonation, watery with slightly oily slickness. Malty, dry and spicy beer overall with strangely oily ending. Soap like hoppiness. Not my kind of beer.

2012 - 03 - 27 250ml bottle. yellow golden colour. medium white head. high carbonation. fruity aroma, hints of banana. light sweet taste.

Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Sweet and wheaty with a mellow sourness. Aromas of banana, citric hops and grass. Light bodied. Medium to high carbonation.

25cl bottle @ home, shared with my dad. Slightly unclear pale yellow color, small white lacing. Smell malts, sweetness, plastic, banana. Taste malts, sweet, banana, plus something odd. Medium carbonation, slightly oily texture, low to medium body.

#1243 Ein Aroma nach Sekt, dazu hefe und citrus, interessant. Erfrischend leicht, der Geschmack ähnelt dem Aroma. Könnte mehr Hopfen vertragen.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a snall white hed. Aroma is midl fruity, yeasty and slight citrusy. Crisp fruity, light mellow yeasty and mild citric. Mellow fruity and slight citric finish.
